Freelance instructors

We are always looking for freelance instructors to deliver one-day, multi media study skills presentations in schools throughout England and Wales to help young people prepare for their SATS, GCSE's and AS Levels.

Instructors will be required to attend the school and spend a day teaching a group of up to 40 students on such topics as motivation and goal setting, memory and revision techniques, and time and stress management.

The seminar has been designed by leading educationalists in consultation with teachers throughout the country. We have also worked with Britain's foremost memory expert and World Memory Champion and the Chief Executive of the Mensa Foundation for Gifted Children. The day is extremely interactive, sociable and fun with a full PowerPoint presentation.

Candidates should have the ability to motivate and engage young people aged between 11 and 18. Experience of dealing with young people is essential and you should have passion and a genuine desire to inspire students to reach their potential.

Candidates should have their own transport and be prepared to travel. There could be occasions when an overnight is necessary. This is obviously paid for in advance by the company, and there is a breakfast and evening meal allowance. Candidates must be prepared to attend a one-day training course, shadow an existing instructor for a day, and do a joint presentation with a senior instructor, at their own expense. All candidates must have their own laptop and prepared to have a CRB check.

Please send a full cv including names of referees, a covering letter (detailing relevant experience and why you feel you would be suitable), together with a recent photograph by post only to Maximize Your Potential Ltd, PO Box 140, Chichester, PO18 8ZP.

No calls please. Only those who have been selected for interview will be contacted.
